The monthly full-access subscription for the ZWO SeeStar S30 Pro on La Palma. All astronomical nights, priority access over hourly bookings, FITS raw data optional. Billing runs by invoice with a payment link — you will be notified in advance before the subscription goes live.

What's included
Access every evening of the term, as long as the sky is clear. Weather risk is yours as a subscriber – bad nights are not credited or refunded.

FAQ
The subscription grants access to a fixed period, not a guaranteed amount of usable time. Bad weather during the term is at your expense – there is no credit, no extension, and no (partial) refund for nights lost to weather. This rule applies unchanged from day one of the subscription (see Terms § 3b).
Minimum term is 1 month, after which you can cancel at any time at the end of the current month — simply by e-mail. No automatic renewal. No small print.
Subscription users always have access to their telescope — hourly bookings cannot block the device. This applies exclusively to the telescope assigned to the subscription (S30 Pro or S50 Pro).
By invoice with a payment link, monthly in advance. Pre-registration is completely non-binding; you will only receive the first invoice when the subscription goes live.
Yes. The FITS add-on costs + 10 % on top of the monthly price, with a minimum of €10 / month. It can be added or removed at any time.
The S50 Pro is planned for autumn 2026 — subject to device delivery. Pre-registered users will be the first to be notified. Price and exact date are still to be confirmed.
